The Knowledge Acquisition Scheme provides you with the opportunity to learn and to upgrade your knowledge and skills. In order promote this learning, RM will share the cost of such knowledge acquired from advanced technological training or technical certification, degree or diploma through distance learning from recognised universities.

Subsidy towards payment of school fees is provided by the company for the benefit of our employees’ children through the Education Assistance Policy. We have the Relocation policy if you are from outside Trivandrum, then we will make the necessary travel arrangements including removal of household goods for you and your family.

The company has the Vehicle Loan Interest Subsidy scheme to help our employees buy new cars while the Housing Loan Interest Subsidy scheme will assist them in building a new home or renovate existing houses.

We have several insurance schemes like the Group Medical Insurance scheme which covers the employee, spouse and children for hospitalisation including maternity hospitalisation, personal accident insurance in the event of an accident etc. Medical Insurance for Parents covers your dependant parents even for pre-existing illness, and can be extended to include your parents-in-law as well.

You are entitled to 25 days of earned leave in a year excluding weekends and public holidays. Company transport is provided from Trivandrum City to Technopark and back at a subsidised rate. Salary advance can be availed not exceeding 3 months of your basic salary. You are also entitled to use the Technopark Club after office hours.
