Stretching out a helping hand

A charity forum was started by our employees in October 2004. This forum is run by a team of dedicated volunteers along with extensive support from the employees and the management.

Over a period of three years, this forum has organised various events to benefit other charitable organisations as well as the needy and the less fortunate. The unwavering support of RM employees who have contributed whole heartedly towards every cause, is the driving force behind such charity initiatives.

At various times, our charity forum has collected contributions from RM employees for dispensing medical aid to those who cannot afford it and are genuinely in need. Recently, a Food Stall was organised on company premises to help raise funds for Shanti Bhavan – a home for the destitute and mentally challenged.

Plans are afoot to register the charity forum as a trust so that our activities can be extended outside the company.
