There is an online discussion board to discuss key issues for the benefit of everyone at RM. Green RM also has a discussion board on esiportal where you can post your thoughts on ways to make RM more environment friendly.

The intranet is a powerful tool for communication - you have a direct line to the CEO (Speak to the CEO), which is where you can post your suggestions / grievances; and you don’t have to leave your name if you don’t want to.

The portal also helps you with RM’s policies and procedures - HR, Finance and Facilities & Admin policies are all listed in great detail. Besides this, the esiportal lets you maintain your own individual page at 'My Site' where you can store and share personal information with your friends and colleagues within the organisation.
