Star of the Month

If you feel that a colleague’s efforts and initiatives have contributed considerably to a project’s success then you can nominate him or her for ‘Star of the Month’ award. Based on nominations from across the company the panel will pick the most deserving winner at the end of the month. The ‘Star of the Month’ citation is a certificate and gift voucher. What's more, to encourage people to nominate their colleagues, the nominator of the 'Star of the Month' winner also gets a gift voucher.

Service Excellence Awards

This is a monthly cash award instituted by the UK Services Department for outstanding performers in Services division across the group, it could be anyone who’s made the job easier; gone above and beyond their role; demonstrated excellent customer service or simply made the rest of the day more pleasant.

Division Star of the Quarter

An award for the endeavour to excel, this award honours 7 exceptional achievers across our 7 divisions every quarter along with gift vouchers.

Annual Awards

And for your consistent contributions throughout the year, the list of annual awards includes Colleague of the year, Innovator of the year, Unsung hero of the year, Outstanding Achiever of the year , Quality Team of the year, several other Quality awards plus a host of awards for various sports events.

These awards are conferred across the RM Group in the UK and India.

‘Right First Time‘ is for those individuals who have made a real effort to ensure that whatever they are delivering is right first time.
