Our business is to deliver outstanding services that help learners to learn and teachers to teach. We do this by providing technical and educational solutions and services to the education industry, working with our customers to deliver well-managed solutions.

Support teams provide technical solutions to customers regarding questions and issues logged by them through online channels. Our people also provide remote services for UK by performing proactive checks, software installations, upgrades and configurations.

We’ve teams maintaining RM’s online Knowledge Library and working on other parts of the RM Support website – deemed one of the world’s "Ten Best Web Support Sites" for 3 consecutive years from 2004 – 2006 by the Association of Support Professionals (ASP). Another accolade that came the way of RM Services was the 'Help Desk Support Excellence Team Award' at the Help Desk Institute (HDI)'s annual Help Desk & IT Support Excellence Awards 2007.

Our objectives are to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive and consistent experience. For this we measure and improve customer success and listen to customers and meet their expectations.

 

We provide maintenance and real time technical support to U.K. schools who have installed RM products.
